Subject to Change Without NoticeBy placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before ordering.
People who do not respect these terms will be banned from commissioning me indefinitely.☕☕☕

GENERAL TERMS

- I reserve the right to refuse a commission or decline a project for any reason.
- I reserve the right to upload commissioned artwork on social media unless you're uncomfortable with it. If so, please let me know beforehand.
- Using my artwork for any non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or submitting it to an algorithm or artificial intelligence (AI) is strictly prohibited.
- You may use commissioned artwork for personal use only, including but not limited to: wallpapers, icons, personal profile displays. However, credit must always be given accordingly e.g. if reuploaded on another website.
- You are not allowed to use my artwork for commercial purposes, redistribution or external projects, including but not limited to: tee-shirts, keychains, acrylic stands, mugs, etc. unless otherwise discussed.
- You may not claim my work as your own.
- You may not edit, change or modify my artwork yourself. I can provide slight changes on commissioned artwork for free upon request.
- You are not authorized to steal, trace or copy my artwork in any way or form.
- I reserve the right to watermark my own work. You may not remove my watermark on my artwork, whether it was commissioned or not.

ORDERING

- Please send me a direct message on either Twitter or through Discord DMs if we share a server if you’re interested in commissioning me.
- Please refer to my commission form when commissioning me. I may refuse your commission if you have not filled the form accordingly.
- If you wish for your request to remain private, please let me know beforehand. Otherwise, I may share works in progress on social media.
- I reserve myself the right to charge a small fee for complicated designs, including but not limited to: long hair, lots of detailed markings and gradients, numerous accessories, wings, etc.
- Please note that a 25% fee automatically applies for anthro and human characters.
- If you wish for a specific kind of drawing which isn’t displayed on my commission sheet (e.g. a character reference sheet, a character page, painted style, lineless art, etc.), please feel free to message me with examples. I will then give you a quote.
- If you wish to see more art examples, please feel free to message me and I will provide.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

- Please wait until all details and total price have been discussed thoroughly and agreed upon before sending me the payment.
- All prices are in euros (EUR €); I will only accept euros via PayPal as a payment.
- Payment is done upfront and in full. I will only begin working on your commission once I have been paid in full.
- You may request a full refund as long as I haven’t started working on your commission. Once the first sketch is sent, you may not be refunded the total amount anymore.
- If you want your commission to be done before a certain time, you may request a deadline as long as I can follow it. Additional fees apply for set deadlines and prices vary depending on how short the established deadline is.
- You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

PROCESS

- Unless otherwise discussed (e.g. you wish for the final result to remain a surprise), I will contact you with a first work in progress after the full payment is sent to ensure you are satisfied with how the commission is going. When that happens, you are free to ask for changes. Additional fees do not apply to changes during the sketching process.
- If you want the final result to remain a surprise, please let me know beforehand so that I don’t send you works in progress.
- I usually work on commissions on evenings or on weekends, depending on how busy I am. If you wish to know how your commission is going, you're free to message me. I will happily give you an update.☕☕☕I WILL DRAW ✔✱Means that additional fees apply- Most animals
