ASTRAPIIKA'S TERMS OF SERVICE

People who do not respect these terms will be banned from commissioning me indefinitely.Home☕☕☕

GENERAL TERMS

- I reserve the right to refuse a commission or decline a project for any reason.
- I reserve the right to upload commissioned artwork on social media unless you're uncomfortable with it. If so, please let me know beforehand.
- Using my artwork for any non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or submitting it to an algorithm or artificial intelligence (AI) is strictly prohibited.
- You may use commissioned artwork for personal use only, including but not limited to: wallpapers, icons, personal profile displays. Credit must always be given accordingly.
- You may not use my artwork for commercial purposes, redistribution or external projects, including but not limited to: tee-shirts, keychains, acrylic stands, mugs, etc. unless otherwise discussed.
- You may not claim my work as your own.
- You may not steal or trace my artwork in any way or form.
- I reserve the right to watermark my own work. You may not remove the watermark on my artwork, whether it was commissioned art or not.

PAYMENT, REFUNDS AND DELIVERY

- Please send your commission request through Vgen if you’re interested in ordering something from me.
- Please wait until all details and total price have been discussed thoroughly and agreed upon before sending me the payment.
- I will only accept EUROS via PayPal as payment.
- Payment is done upfront and in full. I will only begin working on your commission once I have been paid in full.
- You may request a full refund as long as I haven’t started working on your commission. Once the first sketch is sent, you may not be refunded the total amount anymore.
- If you wish for your commission request to remain private, please let me know beforehand. Otherwise, I may share works in progress on social media.
- I reserve myself the right to charge a small fee for complicated designs, including but not limited to: long hair, lots of detailed markings and gradients, numerous accessories, wings, etc.
- A 25% fee automatically applies for anthro and human characters.
- If you want your commission to be done before a certain time, you may request a deadline as long as I can follow it. Additional fees apply for set deadlines and prices vary depending on how short the established deadline is.
- You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

PROCESS AND REVISIONS

- Unless otherwise discussed, I will contact you with a first work in progress after the full payment is sent to ensure you are satisfied with the commission process. When that happens, you are free to ask for changes. Fees do not apply to changes during the sketching process.

- NSFW
- Major violence or gore
- Mecha
